My objective for this blog is...

..In my opinion, there is a public safety concern regarding U.S. Mooring Systems installing Seaflex Moorings in Santa Barbara, California (where there is a 75% Failure Rate with Seaflex Moorings installed by U.S. Moorings Systems).  Recently, we have been informed of multiple Seaflex Mooring failures (installed by Michael Rawlings of U.S. Mooring Systems) elsewhere in California.

In days and weeks to come I am going to try and post all my findings including, but not limited to, emails and reports to and from Michael Rawlings of  U.S. Mooring Systems, Brian Hylland of Seaflex Mooring Systems, and Mick Kronman the Santa Barbara Harbor Master.  In the list of names above, I would have listed Seaflex's Lars Brandt (owner/president) however he never had the ethical prowess to return any of my inquiries.  I will also try to include some of the correspondence to and from the other 8 of 12 Santa Barbara Mooring Losers who also foolishly chose U.S. Mooring Systems and Seaflex Moorings as their rubber band mooring installer and manufacturer, respectively.  I would have published this blog sooner but I was still in the process of trying to negotiate a resolution between all parties.  However, after being threatened with SLANDER by Brian Hylland of Seaflex Mooring Systems, communication has now been severed and I do not believe there will be anymore email exchanges between The Winners (The genius' I listed above) and The Losers (Those of us who installed Seaflex moorings and lost them at a 75% failure rate).

*Note* This blog is not objective; it is completely subjective. This is based on my actual experiences and struggles with three men who own, work for, or represent two corporations and one of this countries most beautiful harbors.  Too bad these men are not more interested in public safety, instead they appear to be more concerned with their bottom lines or "not setting a poor precedence" as was stated to me by Mick Kronman (S.B. Harbor Master) when I requested safe harbor after my mooring broke in the middle of winter.

Way to go Guys...
